Our upcoming project, Ostrakon, utilises revolutionary NFT technology to create unique, loanable, digital keys for luxury accommodation in the most idyllic locations. 

Each key will be a digital render of a one-of-a-kind, hand-painted art piece; registered on the blockchain upon minting. This means it is immutably linked to the minter's wallet address, and may never be feasibly plagiarised.

In order to realise our lofty ambitions, Akrokorinth will partner with only the most effective of blockchain developers (TBA); while analogously engaging with esteemed real estate agents, specialising in stunning, high-end properties.

Of course, these pieces are not merely art for art's sake - each key is possessed of multiple applications:

- Staking

Each NFT may be staked, or 'locked in' to the blockchain, which provides its holder with significant rewards. Conventionally, this results in the further accumulation of digital currencies/tokens/assets; while Ostrakon also bestows real-world boons such as free amenities, discounted local activities etc. Such utility will help boost the NFT's value beyond its original mint price, ensuring a sound investment, well worthy of HODL'ing.

- Lending

Considering the NFT's reputation as a kind of hyper-copyright - in conjunction with its intangible nature - our keys may be rented to third parties at miniscule-to-nonexistent risk. This adds another dimension not only to our NFTs' generation of passive income, but to its flexibility: for whichever reason, the holder may decide to forgo their stay(s) and rewards; yet rather than sit idle, the holder may lease their NFT at a custom rate, allowing someone else to take advantage while earning a lucrative income.

- Customisation  

The gaming industry is well poised to take advantage of NFT technology; augmenting the gaming experience with a revolution in ownership, uniqueness and democratising monetisation. Ostrakon NFTs aim to take a leaf out of the aforesaid, and gamify holders' stays: dedicated staking pools for the dedicated holder - who's commited long-term to their yearly odyssey - will provide exclusive unlocks and modifications, down to the decor of their property itself!
